Katharina is one of the leading figures in the European and German blockchain scene. As Chief Executive Officer, she holds the overall responsibility for the company.

Katharina is member of the supervisory board of Fürstlich Castell'sche Bank and the Stuttgart Stock Exchange. She is an expert advisor on blockchain related topics for both the German government and the House of Parliament (Bundestag). Besides, she has been nominated several times as one of Germany´s “Top 40 under 40” by Capital Magazine and as one of Germany´s “Top 50 most influential woman in Tech” by Handelsblatt. Katharina is also a guest author for Handelsblatt, WirtschaftsWoche and Capital, and has her own podcast "Block52" with more than 200,000 listeners.

Katharina received a Master of Science in International Political Economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She started her career at Boston Consulting Group and Commerzbank. Afterwards, she became CEO of Interritus Limited, a private equity firm based in London.

As the co-founder of Immutable Insight and Chief Technology Officer, Volker-Henning developed Immutable Insight’s technical infrastructure and quantitative models. He is responsible for the development and realization of the real-time analytics and algorithms at Immutable Insight.

After cooperating for more than 10 years with CERN, being the co-founder of the internationally renowned Black Forest Grid Computing Initiative and being a lecturer at several universities for more than 20 years, Volker has an outstanding reputation in the scientific community. In addition, he found his own consulting firm, Winterer Consult.

Volker-Henning is a physicist and computational scientist with a PhD and Master at CERN Geneva. He has served as a reviewer for the Lithuanian Ministry of Research and for the European Union. He has received several awards, including twice the Sun Academic Excellence Grant.

As Head of Data Science, Giyun is responsible for the quantitative and statistical analysis of relevant data based on blockchains.

With her knowledge in data mining, sentiment analytics and data visualizations, she calculates important analyses and draws conclusions for the further development of the company and its products.

Giyun grew up in South-Korea. Her blog reaches thousands of followers in her home country.

As a member of Winterer Consult, Giyun has worked as a consultant for many clients and has contributed to several successful projects. Giyun studied Economics at Suwon in South Korea, Nuertingen-Geislingen University and in Freiburg, Germany.

Christian Veith is the Chairman of the advisory board and a key shareholder of the company.

He worked at the Boston Consulting Group for more than 30 years, advising banks in Germany and Europe. Christian held several leadership positions in BCG. He was Global Head of HR, Head of BCG´s operations in Germany, Austria and CEE and European Chair. For many years he was member of BCG´s global Executive and Operating Committees. He holds several honorary leadership roles, among them the position as Chairman of the board of trustees of Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.

Christian studied law and economics in Munich and Bonn. In addition to his second law examination and his PhD in Law he earned an MBA with a specialization in finance from the University of Chicago (Booth School).

As CFO, Stephan is responsible for the continuous monitoring and reporting of the company's financial situation. He prepares and drives important strategic decisions within the management team. He also leads the design and implementation of investment strategies in Proof-of-Stake blockchains.

Stephan previously built and led the Deposit & Funding Analytics & Strategy team at Deposit Solutions. Most recently, he was responsible for a deposit book in the tens of billions of euros across over 100 partner banks. Stephan has professional background in strategy consulting dating back to his time at Oliver Wyman and McKinsey & Co. There he mainly advised financial institutions and regulatory authorities on Finance, Risk and Treasury Management topics.

Stephan holds a PhD on Asset Liability Management and Interest Rate Risk Management from the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt as well as Master Degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the universities of Passau, Germany and Lund, Sweden.

Stephan is responsible for coordinating tasks and responsibilities within the team as well as establishing and developing internal processes at Immutable Insight. He also drives the development of new business areas to apply Immutable Insight's technology in other industries outside asset management.

Stephan has worked as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where he advised both DAX corporations and medium-sized companies on finance and strategy topics. He has also trained and advised asset managers on tokenization of assets as an independent consultant.

Stephan completed his doctorate on the topic of blockchain technology in Munich and Brisbane. The focus of his dissertation was on token sales, accounting for crypto assets and corporate use cases of blockchain technology. He holds a diploma in economics from the Technical University of Munich.

Stefan is responsible for the IT infrastructure and its continuous scaling at Immutable Insight.

Stefan has spent the last 10 years at a Swedish/US startup in the NoSQL field, growing from 10 to over 500 employees and designing solutions for complex databases for well-known customers such as Microsoft, Ebay and LinkedIn. Prior to that, Stefan was an independent consultant for 15 years and founded a software development, architecture and security company in parallel. At the beginning of his career, Stefan worked as a developer and project manager for a large IT service provider.

Stefan has a degree in physics and studied at the University of Augsburg.

Markus is responsible for risk management at Immutable Insight. Using quantitative models and structured processes he has developed, the market, credit, liquidity and general business risks of the various investment products and Immutable Insight as a whole are monitored and managed.

In 20 years of professional experience as a consultant in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Markus has developed financial mathematical modelling of financial product risks for his clients. In addition, he has introduced, expanded and optimised systematic processes for risk management in the capital market. Prior to joining Immutable Insight, he has worked for d-fine GmbH and Arthur Andersen.

Markus studied theoretical physics at the University of Karlsruhe and mathematical finance at Oxford University (M.Sc.).

Oliver is responsible for trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives for Immutable Insight's asset management division.

Oliver worked at Allianz Group for more than 10 years. Here he held various positions as Head of Global Investment Performance Standards, Portfolio Controller and Analyst in Portfolio & Investment Analytics. Prior to that, he worked in Corporate Finance in Frankfurt am Main and Dublin at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen. Oliver started his professional career in Credit Portfolio Management at UniCredit HypoVereinsbank and in Fixed Income Portfolio Management at Pioneer Investments in New York and Munich.

Oliver holds a PhD in financial market anomalies from University of Chemnitz. Prior, he graduated in Economics from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich with a focus on econometrics and capital markets.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Thomas is responsible for the monitoring of all operational processes in order to ensure top standards and optimized business transactions.

He owns more than 20 years of experience in international investment banking, trading and management in companies, both as a salesman as well as a customer, most recently as Trade Compliance Officer in the first line of defense and as head of the buy-side multi-asset trading desk of a large capital management company with more than 100 billion EUR AUM.

Here he operated as portfolio manager until December 2021 and was responsible for all regulatory issues in the area of trading.

Christian is responsible for sales at Immutable Insight, with a strong focus on institutional clients, as well as the entire sales management.

Previously, Christian worked for Kommunalkredit Austria AG, a leading specialist bank in the field of infrastructure financing, for more than 10 years. After roles in Strategy & Legal Affairs and as Head of Corporate Office, Christian was ultimately responsible for Rating & Investor Relations as an authorized signatory. Before that, he worked for several years in the Financial Advisory division of KPMG Austria GmbH as a consultant for banks and insurance companies.

Christian studied International Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) and the Université Dauphine, Paris, and also completed an executive program at the University of Oxford / Säid Business School in blockchain strategy.

As an ambassador for DeFi and Web3, Marcel leads the development and execution of on-chain investment strategies for Immutable Insight. He also supports sales with a focus on asset managers and advises companies on blockchain-related business models.

Marcel is an expert in Decentralized Finance, Web3 and Metaverse. After more than 20 years, he quit his job in banking to pursue his passion. At DAB BNP Paribas, Baader Bank and V-Bank, he was mostly responsible for independent asset managers in business-to-business sales. In addition he was general manager for international sales for DUAL.

Marcel studied at the Dresden University of Applied Sciences and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering. He is also managing partner of 0x Holding GmbH, an investment company specializing in blockchain technology.

Arno is responsible for controlling, costing and reporting of asset management products at Immutable Insight. With his analyses, he supports the senior management in strategic decisions.

Arno worked as a project manager at WattFox GmbH in the area of business development and accounting. Before that, he founded the consulting company A-J-T Consulting. Earlier in his career, he worked for the global pharmaceutical company Hoffmann-La Roche and then as an employee at a successful start-up.

Arno completed a Master (M.Sc.) in Management of Innovation & Business Development at Copenhagen Business School. He holds a Bachelor (B.A.) in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen.

Carsten supports Immutable Insight in all legal and tax matters and coordinates the work with the external legal and tax advisors.

Carsten has been a licensed lawyer for over 20 years in Germany and was a successful partner in medium-sized law firms with clients from the finance, real estate and energy sectors. He is a specialist lawyer for banking, capital markets and tax law and also has many years of experience as a supervisory board member.

In addition, Carsten is Managing Director and Co-Partner of AdvoTaxConsult Steuerberatungsgesellschaft GmbH and maintains a law firm in Berlin. He studied at the University of Potsdam and successfully presented his assessor's examination in Berlin.

As a PhD in physics, Tim develops blockchain data analysis methods and applications at Immutable Insight. He uses mathematical modelling to gain a deep understanding of the complexities and dynamics of the blockchain. His findings help Anne develop the algorithms used in Immutable Insight's financial products.

Tim has solved complex challenges in the past as a scientist in the field of theoretical elementary particle physics. As a Feodor Lynen Research fellow from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, he has conducted research at the University of California, Santa Cruz, in the USA, and at the German Electron Synchrotron (DESY) in Hamburg. He has made an important contribution to the better understanding of the Higgs particle and dark matter.

Tim studied physics at the universities of Bremen, Göttingen and Uppsala. He completed his PhD in theoretical particle physics at the University of Bonn in 2014.

Simon is responsible for the fundamental research of blockchain data and its dynamic development. While using mathematical principles, he analyses the interrelationships in the blockchain and thus supports Tim and Anne with new approaches for the development of models and algorithms for our financial products. In addition, Simon supports the development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at Immutable Insight and is responsible for archiving scientific data.

Previously, Simon worked as a scientist at the German Electron Synchrotron in the field of theoretical elementary particle physics on simulations for various particle accelerators.

In the process, he has published papers on various topics of new physics in the field of the electroweak interaction of the Standard Model of particle physics.

Simon studied physics at the University of Siegen and the Technical University of Dortmund, and received his PhD in theoretical particle physics from the University of Siegen in 2019.

Chong is responsible for software development, as well as for the integration of AlgoTrader into Immutable Insight’s financial products.

Previously, Chong was responsible for consensus pricing of OTC derivatives at IHS Market with a focus on performance optimization of batch processing services in memory caching systems. As a Software Reliability Engineer at LMAX Exchange, he specialized in database cluster orchestration and minimising downtime of highly distributed services.

Chong has extensive experience as a Java programmer. He studied computer science at Newcastle University in the UK and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland.

Hugo is a Computational Scientist and is responsible for developing tools to explore blockchain analytics. His insights are useful for our trading algorithms, as well as other company technology services.

He worked as a research scientist in the field of Particle Physics at the University of Valencia, Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Korea University and Lund University. After 7 years of theoretical research, he moved into the field of experimental physics and joined the Accelerator Operations Group at MAX IV laboratory in Lund, the first 4th generation Electron Synchrotron facility in the world.

Hugo studied at the Technical University of Lisbon where he completed his doctorate degree in Theoretical Particle Physics.

Daniel is responsible for the operational and project coordination within the company. In addition, Daniel supports the Chief Strategy Officer in the development and implementation of Immutable Insight's sustainability strategy.

Before joining Immutable Insight, Daniel was part of a study project in which Immutable Insight cooperated with the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He then worked as a student trainee at Immutable Insight.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Technology (B.Sc.) from the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Anne is responsible for developing and implementing algorithms for guaranteeing sustainable returns of Immutable Insight’s financial products. To do this, she relies on on-chain data for developing analytics. Her analyses are a key component of the trading strategy for Immutable Insight's financial products.

Anne has a Master (M.Sc.) in Mathematics with a specialization in Machine Learning from the University of Bayreuth and spent a semester abroad in Stockholm. She completed her Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) at the University of Bayreuth.

Stefanie works part-time together with Jessica Simon as the Executive Assistant to the management team at Immutable Insight. In addition, she coordinates various administrative activities within the company. Previously, Stefanie worked as an Executive Assistant at Commerzbank AG.

After her training as an IT specialist at Dresdner Bank AG, Stefanie completed a part-time degree in International Management at the FOM in Frankfurt am Main.

Jessica works part-time with Stefanie Kretzschmar as the Executive Assistant to the management of Immutable Insight. Together with Stefanie, they share the various administrative activities in the company. After her training as an office communications clerk at the Deutsche Bundesbank, Jessica completed a 6-month internship at the tax consultancy WTS in Shanghai.

Jessica has a Bachelor's degree (B.A) from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
